Watercolour Painting

This month we had a truly enjoyable meeting with Quirky Bird Watercolours by Lynne where she taught us some simple basics for painting with watercolours to create an enjoyable piece.

She'd decided we would do 3 simple house plants, including the standard trusty cactus! I have to say and i think it was the most quiet and relaxing meeting we've ever had! The gentle tones of Lynne guiding us during the evening was so pleasurable, and everyone seemed thoroughly pleased with their outcomes at the end.

It's safe to say, that everyone can do art, there's no such things as rules, and you just need to do what you fancy doing!
